Luca Posca obtained his Master Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano University, specializing in chemistry and engineering of polymeric materials. Luca developed his skills in the field of composite materials, elastomers and thermoplastic compounds. Since year 2000 Luca has been working at LATI, one of European leaders in manufacturing of high performance compounds, as customer technical assistant offering expertise in computer aided simulation, material selection and tuning, customers’ project development. Today Luca works at LATI as director of technical service, business development, marketing and communication.
