Francírek is working within Inno-Comp for five years now, managing production plant for compounds in CZ, but has 30 years expertise in plastics branch (22 years in Unipetrol – various positions from technical and application service through sales up to head of business unit polyolefins ; 2 years selfstanding – plastics raw material sales , 4 years in greiner packaging – executive of thermoforming production plant).
