Fraser began his career as an Apprentice Engineer at Farrel Limited in 1988 and specialised in the design and engineering of Compact Processors, Extruders and Pelletisers. In 1995, Fraser moved to the Research and Development Department with principle responsibilities of conducting research and development activity, customer demonstration trials as well as performing equipment start-ups, commissionings and other field service engagements at customer sites. In 2006, Fraser added machine sales to the UK, parts of Europe and India to his responsibilities.  

Education: B Eng (Hons) in Integrated Engineering System - at the Manchester Metropolitan University.
