Kathrin Lehmann has more than 25 years experience in the polymers industry working in different positions in the raw material industry for polymer, compounding, adhesives, composite and paint application. 

Since 2004 she has been working with Evonik in her current position as Technical Director Plastics at the BL Interface & Performance. This global technical function includes technical service and development responsibility for additives used for compounds, masterbatches, and composites.

In 1999 she joined Evonik (previously called Degussa) and took over the development of surfactants and dispersants for coating application.

From 1994 until 1999 she worked for a titanium dioxide manufacturer and did European technical service for that company called KRONOS International Ltd.
