Michael Eloo is Managing Director of Gala Kunststoff- und Kautschukmaschinen GmbH –A Member of Maag, in Xanten Germany. Before joining Gala and thus focusing on the Plastics Industry, Michael graduated in mechanical engineering and was head of a department for mechanical engineering for several years. He joined Gala in February 1991 and held at that time a position within the mechanical department. Followed by a position in the service department he was appointed to Gala Europe Lab Manager in early 1992.

In 1995 he was promoted to Prokurist of Gala GmbH and became the position as technical Director and was since then responsible for managing and establishing Gala in Europe. As head of R&D for years, he had been responsible for numerous innovations in the Underwater Pelletizing Technology resulting in various Patents. In Early 2011 he was promoted to his current position, as Managing Director of Gala Kunststoff- und Kautschukmaschinen GmbH in Xanten Germany.
