Benjamin Ferlay is Research and Development Director within the Central Eastern Europe Region at Prysmian Group. Since May 2020 he is in charge of all Energy Cables for various business fields, and has the mission to speed up innovation and development of new products. Before joining the Prysmian Group, he spent about 20 years in the automotive industry, holding different engineering and innovation positions in several countries, he was in charge of the development of plastic engine components and thermal powertrain systems. He earned a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in plastic materials.
