Exhibitor Interview: Recy Technologies

Recy Technologies specialises in recycling solutions for plastic materials traditionally considered difficult to recover.

In this interview, we spoke with Giancarlo Passoni, Sales Director, to learn more about their exciting technologies and upcoming plans.

 

Can you provide a brief overview of your company and the products/services you'll be showcasing at the event?

Our company project and produce lines for the recycling of plastic materials, specializing in separation, washing and drying of all waste normally defined as difficult to recover such as fishing nets, carpets, Tetrapak, CD-DVDs, expanded polystyrene, etc.

 

What recent trends or developments in the industry are you most excited about, and how do your products/services align with them?

In our sector, many developments have been made and are underway for the plastic recycling process. Our next frontier that we are already working on is TEXTILE.

 

Could you share a success story or case study demonstrating how your products/services have benefited a customer?

We have recently acquired a large order concerning one of the Biggest European plant relating to the selection, washing, drying and production of granules present in Italy, the unique multi-purpose plant of its kind is capable of processing HDPE for a total of 6.5 Ton/h or Film for a total of 3 Ton/h, will be completed by end of 2024.

 

Will you be conducting any demonstrations or interactive activities at the event? If so, what can attendees expect?

At the moment we will not bring machinery or do demonstrations during the event, it is impossible to present systems and we believe that individual machinery has no impact at the moment.

 

What are your company's goals for the future, and how do you see yourselves contributing to the evolving industry landscape?

We are constantly evolving and invest a large part of our resources in research and development, in order to give new life to plastics normally considered "waste".

 

What are you most looking forward to at this year’s show?

We invest in our presence in the fairs to be able to make ourselves known and to make known our technologically advanced realities. We expect a large turnout.
