Marco has always been fascinated by the transformative power of chemistry. His academic journey led to earning a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo, where he found a calling for this field of knowledge, though it wasn't until a traineeship at OCAS NV (Zelzate, Belgium) that a passion was found for R&D. Having worked at first within the steel industry, focusing mostly on coatings and chemically intensive projects, for the past three years, Marco has been immersed in the innovative world of glass beads - working on cutting-edge applications that challenge the conventional boundaries of materials science. Additionally, Marco is proud to appear as a co-inventor in a current US Patent Application involving glass beads.
