Fraud warnings

AMI have become aware of a number of scams being targeted at our exhibitors, please see below details on what to look for. If in doubt, please contact [email protected].

Notice of catalogue fraud

We are aware of fraud attempts by 3rd party companies, where a form is used to request accuracy of contact information and details from exhibitors. Once the exhibitor submits the form, they are placing an order for online advertising or online entries. Please do not complete such forms or interact with these companies. AMI does not work with these companies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Selling of visitor lists

In the run-up to the Expo, 3rd party companies are contacting our exhibitors trying to sell lists of visitor data from past, and forthcoming, AMI Expos. Please ignore these. AMI does not share our visitor lists with any such companies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Selling of hotel rooms

We are aware of hotel reservations being proposed by third party organisations - including Elegant Housing, a company that has no affiliation with AMI and is not authorised to provide such services. Please ignore and do not engage. Legitimate contact will be made by AMI, EA Exhibitions, and its on-site service partners including Valverde, as well as Cvent, our registration partner.
